$HDAO is now moving forward to the next phase
Details on the logistics of the off-chain purchase of the current project were proposed via the HIP-1 and 2 on February 4th like the following.

Despite the short notice, 9.6M and 12M $HDAO participated respectively for HIP-1 and 2 with 100% of them voting in favor of the motions proposed.
HIP-3 was floated with the Multi-Sig proposal and board members who shall be responsible for the execution of the $HDAO treasury each time.

This means that above 5 members will sit on the multi-sig board, with 3 of the 5 members being required to sign off before any motion can be implemented.
Composition of Multi-sig members including executives outside of Crayon is to ensure that the multi-sig is well balanced and that members external to Crayon make up the majority.
As soon as the set-up is completed, all the contributed ETH up-to-date shall be transferred to the aforementioned Gnosis Safe Account to execute the HIP-2 motion passed.
