Despite the long wait, 10M $HDAO participated with 100% of them voting in favor of the motion proposed. With that, Crayon is going to be the dedicated agent for carrying the NFT drop campaigns forward on behalf of the $HDAO.
$HDAO agreed on the following.
- Governance rights and special utilities based on $HDAO’s ownership interest in the National Treasure #73 to be assigned to NFTs and these rights to be recorded on the blockchain.
- Such rights and utilities are not economic rights. These NFT holders will be endowed with prestigious moral duties as a member of the High Sloth Society in addition to governance rights and special utilities.
- Crayon ventures limited shall serve as the sole and exclusive agent to facilitate the Planning, Development, Art Directing, Business Development, Marketing/PR, NFT Production for the NFT drop campaigns in conjunction with HDAO — this may include future airdrop of $CRAY tokens to the NFT holders and collaborating with future DAOs on Crayon’s platform. The budget for all the expenses shall be paid by Bolt Labs Pte Ltd on behalf of the $HDAO per the HIP-2.
- As compensation, Crayon Venture Limited shall take 30% off of the revenue generated via fees and royalties off of the future NFT drops including but not limited to primary and secondary sales.
